4. Legal basis and purpose of the processing of personal data

The primary basis for the processing of personal data is the Customer’s consent, use of the Service or the Customer’s other material connection to the Service.

The registrar collects and processes personal data so that it can identify the Customer and enable the implementation of the Service and communication with the registrar’s Customers.

The registrar may also use the data to send newsletters, product marketing and newsletters by email.

The registrar processes personal data:

  • Based on Customer consent

  • To maintain customer relationship

  • To provide services

  • To develop services

  • For marketing and customer communication purposes

The registrar cannot provide services if the Customer does not provide their information or refuses its processing.

Data stored in the register are:

  • name of the person

  • position of the person, company/organization

  • contact information: phone number, email address, address

  • website addresses

  • social media profiles

  • information about the ordered services and changes to them

  • invoicing details

  • other information related to customer relationships and ordered services

6. Regular data sources

Data stored in the register is obtained from the customers:

  • from messages sent using web forms

  • by email

  • by phone

  • through social media services

  • from contracts

  • from customer meetings

  • from other situations in which the customer discloses their information.

7. Cookies

We use cookies and other similar tracking technologies on our website. Cookie is a text file that a browser stores on a user’s terminal.

Cookies are set by ourselves or by a third party, i.e. third parties, which belong to the parties providing marketing, analytics or social media services. These so-called third parties may set cookies on the user’s terminal when the user visits the website.

We use cookies and other similar technologies to track and analyse the use of the website and to develop the website. We may also collect data from marketing emails and newsletters, for example, to find out if the messages have been opened and whether the opening has led to action.

8. Regular disclosure of data and disclosure of data outside the EU or the EEA

The data is not regularly disclosed to other parties. The data may be published to the extent agreed with the Customer. Data may also be transferred by the registrar outside the EU or the EEA.

9. Principles of register protection

The register shall be processed with due care and the data processed by the information systems shall be adequately protected. When registry data is stored on Internet servers, the physical and digital security of their hardware is adequately addressed.

The registrar shall ensure that the data stored, as well as the access rights to the servers and other information critical to the security of personal data, are processed confidentially and only by the employees whose job description it includes.

10. Right of inspection and right to request correction of data

Every data subject has the right to check the data stored in the register and to request the correction of any incorrect data or the completion of incomplete data.

If a data subject wishes to check the data stored about them or to request a correction, the request must be sent in writing to the registrar. If necessary, the registrar may ask the applicant to prove their identity. The registrar will respond to the Customer within the timeframe set out in the EU Data Protection Regulation, generally within one month.

11. Other rights related to the processing of personal data

A data subject has the right to request the deletion of their personal data from the register (“right to be forgotten”). Data subjects also have other rights under the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation, such as restrictions on the processing of personal data in certain situations.

Requests must be sent in writing to the registrar. If necessary, the registrar may ask the applicant to prove their identity. The registrar will respond to the Customer within the timeframe set out in the EU Data Protection Regulation, generally within one month.

12. Amendments

We will notify of amendments to this Register and privacy statement on this website. We may also highlight amendments in the Service or email amendments to the Customers.
